Clothing brand Joy is fun, trendy and a little eccentric. The site’s design embodied this but technical limitations were turning this fun into frustration for consumers. We set out an adventurous new approach that has cemented Joy as a refreshing presence on the ecommerce scene.

New pick-up and collect options strengthened the link between Joy's online store and physical shops.

The brand's bold collections and quirky designs gave us a strong foundation for restructuring the product pages. We introduced a clean, simple, easy-to-navigate design and made sure all the information customers would need was readily at hand.

A bolder digital strategy

We expanded the brand’s online fashion offering and bolstered this with new UX and SEO strategies.
